Comments:

This is a an EX quality master cassette transfer of the soundboard of this show. The soundboard is in low circulation from what I understand. The transfer was done with a standalone CDR burner. This was split up on 2 CDR's ending with half of "Lightning Strikes" on 1 CD and beginning with the other half of that song on the second CD with a slight cut in between. The tracking was very sloppy with only 4 or 5 tracks on each disc. I ripped with EAC as two big WAV files, combined them and did some minimal editing to splice Lightning Strikes. There is a slight cut around 3:55 of that song. Then I split the big WAV file with CDWave and at the same time converted to FLAC. The whole thing is now a continuous 83:34 except for that very minor cut in Lightning Strikes. Spread over 2 CD's however you wish for personal use but please keep the FLAC set as is.

Outtakes from the `Rock In A Hard Place' Lp via the "Pure Gold .999" bootleg on P&E Records 001. I have a cassette copy from the disc, so someone may have better version, but I didn't see it uploaded here, so I added it. I LOVE the RIAHP album!!! It just rocks, is funky, flows from tune to tune with a great vibe. It's totally overlooked because it lacks Perry/Whitford, but its a great listen. Second date of the Japanese "Honkin' On Bobo" Tour and sixth date at the Osaka Dome in 6 years.

After one show, "Toys In The Attic" returns to the opening spot and "The Grind" is omitted.

First showing this tour of "Sweet Emotion" in the encore spots.

Only the second play this tour of "One Way Street" last played back in late March.

"One Way Street" as been played 5 times in Osaka ("Castle Hall" 1990, 1994 and "Osaka Dome" 1999, 2002 and 2004). The song has been only played (full versions) on only two other occasions in Japan.

During "Walk This Way", Tyler falls off the central cat walk and damages his knee resulting in the cancellation of the next concert. After "Walk this Way", the band took an early break to assess Tyler's injury and on returning to do the encores, "Livin' On the Edge" was replaced by "Sweet Emotion" which had been missed from the normal set.
